DSA Virtual Delivery of Services through January 31, 2022

After assessing the COVID-19 situation and its potential impact on our campus community, the following services in the Division of Student Affairs will be modified to virtual delivery through January 31, 2022.

  • Campus Recreation will be providing virtual personal training, meetings with nutrition coaches, and the Campus Recreation website includes an online library of on demand virtual workouts. The Center will remain open for socially distanced and safe exercise and recreation options.

    Hours of Operation:

  • Career advising and counseling appointments, drop-in advising, and resume/cover letter help will be provided via virtual resources. Appointments and additional information for receiving these services can be found here:

  • Individual counseling and crisis services, group counseling, referrals, and consultation services will be provided via HIPAA compliant Zoom. Scheduling Appointments and additional information can be found here:

  • The Dean of Students office will provide all services via Zoom for the remainder of January 2022. All services can be accessed here:

  • The Disability Services team will conduct intake meetings with students over the phone or on Zoom and all accommodation letters will be processed via email through January 31, 2022.

  • Resident Assistants will be present on campus and desks will remain open from 10 am to 10 pm to serve students during this time.

  • The LBJ Student Center will remain open for access to Food Court, Outdoor Patios, Outdoor Amphitheatre, Public Lounges, Hallways and access to all departments and offices, meeting rooms, public restrooms.

    Monday – Friday 7 am – 6 pm
    Saturday  - 11 am - 4 pm
    Sunday – Closed

    Week of January 17th
    MLK Day – 10 am - 4 pm
    Tuesday – Friday  7am – 10pm
    Saturday – 9am – 5pm
    Sunday – Closed

    Week of January 24
    Monday – Friday 7am – 10pm
    Saturday 9am – 5pm
    Sunday – Closed

  • The Student Health Center will provide telehealth options for a virtual delivery of patient care using Medical Zoom. Appointments can be scheduled here:

  • Bobcats Back and Leadership & Service consultations and presentations will be delivered via Zoom for the first two weeks of the semester. Additionally, Student Organization Council and events scheduled by the Student Association for Campus Activities are being planned for virtual delivery in January.   • Division of Student Affairs information offered on the Round Rock campus will be provided via Zoom for the first two weeks of the spring semester. Additional information can be found here:
