Colleges across the country are required by the Campus SaVE Act (Sec. 304 of the Violence Against Women Reauthorization Act of 2013) to conduct sexual misconduct prevention and awareness training.
Our University has partnered with EverFi to provide online training related to sexual misconduct/assault for all new incoming students (freshmen, transfers & graduate students). As a new student, you are required to complete the module for sexual assault prevention. This training includes information pertaining to university policies and procedures at Texas State. New freshmen and transfers are also required to complete the AlcoholEdu module.
