Nominations will be accepted from Texas State students, staff or faculty. Self nominations will be accepted. Nominations can be sent electronically to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Submit a one‐page letter with the name of the staff member you wish to nominate and their department name. The letter should answer the following questions:
• How has the nominee demonstrated a commitment to quality work and service, to continuous improvement and/or to the Division during the last year?
• What significant contributions has the nominee made toward achieving the goals of the department during the last year?
• What makes this nominee outstanding?
All nominations must be received in the Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs by 5:00 p.m. on August 10, 2012. Questions or comments should be directed to L.A. Chafin at 245‐2152 or email@example.com.
