Nominations will be accepted from Texas State students, staff or faculty. Self nominations will be accepted. Nominations can be sent electronically to lc39@txstate.edu.

Submit a one‐page letter with the name of the staff member you wish to nominate and their department name. The letter should answer the following questions:

• How has the nominee demonstrated a commitment to quality work and service, to continuous improvement and/or to the Division during the last year?

• What significant contributions has the nominee made toward achieving the goals of the department during the last year?

• What makes this nominee outstanding?
