The Student Appreciation Program provides transfers, new students and student veterans the opportunity to thank faculty, staff, or administrators for supporting them in various sorts of ways such as acheiving goals, helping them with an issue or problem, or helping with their academic success.  Letters are then sent to those recognized individuals containing the comments from the appreciative students.

Graduating Appreciation Program

Academic Early Alert is a program that identifies students with either attendance or academic performance problems.  All faculty that teach courses that enroll entering freshman are asked to participate in the program.  The web-based reporting system allows faculty to refer those students in need of additional assistance and encouragement.  The goal is to help Texas State students be successful at Texas State.
