Resources

The Texas State Student Success Plan is a resource to guide freshmen through the first year of college and establish an expectation of engagement to increase probability of success. The success plan sets high expectations for students to complete the majority of the recommended activities. It covers general topics and then allows the student to customize the experience.

Your academic advisors are key in helping you succeed. Whether its a degree audit report you need, assistance in planning next semesters schedule, or interested in an internship, your academic advisors can guide you in the right direction.

Bobcat Interest Inventory provides students a link to become connected with student organization, campus events, recreational opportunities, career discovery, and many other programs and services. Students should visit frequently and request the latest information on the many opportunities. This program allows campus staff and student leaders working with these opportunities to contact students to become involved with campus life at Texas State.

Here are some available resources to help leverage your time and energy to becoming a successful student in your degree plan or other academic activities you participate in.

These resources are not only for those facing academic probation but also for those who want to be proactive and stay off academic probation. The PASS Program is another collaborative effort to provide resources to assist with their academic success on campus.
