Student Affairs Technology provides daily technical support to over 300 full-time staff and 36 graduate research assistants throughout the Division of Student Affairs. We serve as the primary support provider for the divisional departments who lack a dedicated technical support staff member. Several departments have hired a technical staff member to support their users and specialized software. In these instances, we serve as secondary support to their department staff, and provide redunancy among knowledge bases to ensure continued support for the department in the case of technical staff turnover.
