Diversity Team						Student Success Team
Mission To foster a general awareness, understanding and respect for the different behaviors, beliefs and lifestyles of all cultures and thereby help to develop a university environment that is warm, receiving, sustaining and nurturing for all people.						Mission To create collaboration between Academic Affairs and Student Affairs in order to foster a culture of learning, to increase awareness of academic endeavors, to celebrate student academic success and to recognize faculty and staff academic acheivement.

Student Wellness Team						Fundraising Team
Mission To advocate for the health and wellness of Texas State students in order to contribute to their academic and personal success. The Team will accomplish its mission by assessing the needs of students, enhancing campus-wide collaboration and recommending effective programming.						Mission The Student Affairs Fundraising and Development Team, working closely with Institutional Advancement, is charged with representing the Student Affairs Division in cultivating alumni and private donors to support quality student programs, services, facilities, scholarships and endowments to successfully attract and retain a qualified, diverse student population.

Assessment Team						Community Staff Development Team
Mission To assist in the development of and promote the use of quality assessments for continuous improvement of Student Affairs programs and services to Texas State students, staff and faculty.						Mission Develops, coordinates and implements programs and services that enhance a strong sense of community and promotes collegiality within the Division of Student Affairs.

Student Affairs Support Staff Team						Graduate Student Affairs Advisory Team
Mission The Diamond Divas team is dedicated to providing diverse, quality educational, personal and social programming to Student Affairs staff with a focus on support staff. The team is committed to providing staff with the support and assistance needed to maximize professional and personal growth.						Mission To provide professional development opportunities and a support structure for current and incoming students studying or working in the Student Affairs field.

Information Technology Team
Mission To develop and implement information technology processes and procedures to ensure equitable distribution of technological resources within Student Affairs and provide for adequate staffing and resources to meet the needs of the division and the students we serve
