The Bobcat Bond Program was established in Fall 2012. Formerly known as the Mentoring Program, Bobcat Bond is a key part of the universities Retention Plan.  The program's mission is to increase the retention of students by providing second year and new transfer students opportunities to learn from mentors who serve as coaches, role models, advisors, guides and referral agents. Now in its second year, the program has grown since the beginning and is looking forward to all the exciting new opportunities to come.
