Mission
To develop and implement information technology processes and procedures to ensure equitable distribution of technological resources within Student Affairs and provide for adequate staffing and resources to meet the needs of the division and the students we serve.

Resources
The team will be given reasonable time to prepare and participate in meetings and related assignments. The team will meet the first Tuesday of each month.

Accountability
The Team will publish minutes of each meeting and make these available to SAC. The Associate VPSA will serve as the Team Leader who will share recommendations of the Team with SAC.

Constraints
Policies, procedures and implementation of solutions recommended by the Team must comply with all applicable laws and policies of both the Board of Regents and Texas State University-San Marcos. However, recommendation may also be made that propose changes to the above constraints. Monetary and staff constraints will be considered in development and implementation of recommendations.

Rewards
Expanded services and improved efficiency will allow the Division to increase the satisfaction of students. Improved communications within the Division will result in better service to all customers and increase cooperation among departments. Staff morale will improve as staff members provide ideas and work to see solutions implemented
