To be eligible for a Graduate Research Assistantship there are certain requirements that must be met.
The student must be accepted into a degree granting graduate program at Texas State University, preferably the Student Affairs graduate program (which can be found at the link above) although certain other majors may be eligible.
Students must be enrolled in 9 hours during the fall and spring semester in order to be eligible for and maintain their assistantship.
Remuneration
GRA's are paid salary for a half time (20 hrs per week) position.
Salaries are considered in determining eligibility for financial aid.
